Mary Catherine Willis

Mary Catherine Willis, age 74, of Benton died Tuesday, February 28, 2012. She was born July 8, 1937in Saline County. Catherine was a homemaker, charter member of the Lonsdale Volunteer Fire Department Board, member of the Sharon Home Extension Club and a member of Ten Mile Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and Cledies Williams Elliott, husband, Harley Gene Willis.

Survivors, daughters and son-in-law, Peggy and Joe Bob Smith, Hot Springs; Anita Willis, Benton; special friend, Ella Pennington, and her grand dog, Khati.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Ashby’s.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM at Ten Mile Missionary Baptist Church with burial at Ten Mile Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Ten Mile Cemetery Fund or to the Lonsdale Volunteer Fire Department.
